Privacy status

Placeholder status page. This is intentionally not a fabricated production policy.

The current static beta stores local interface preferences, scratchpad text, and lesson progress in this browser only. Lesson progress means which exercises you solved, whether you used a hint, where you stopped, which days you practised, and the code and explanations you write in exercises. Exercise code runs inside your browser with network access switched off. Fonts are served by sozacode itself. Pages load code-highlighting files from cdnjs, and the first Python, SQL or TypeScript exercise you run downloads Python (Pyodide), SQLite (sql.js) or the TypeScript compiler from jsDelivr. Like any site you load files from, those services receive your IP address and browser details. None of it is sent to a server, and Settings in the app can clear your progress. A production privacy policy must be added before real accounts, analytics, payments, or server-side data collection are enabled.
